Individual

In individual therapy, you’ll receive support tailored specifically to your needs, strengths, and goals. In our initial sessions, I will ask thoughtful and targeted questions to learn how you think, how you feel, and how you make sense of your life. This process allows me to understand your perspective and ground our work in your unique lived experience.

As we move forward, we’ll collaborate at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I offer gentle yet steady encouragement as you begin to untangle patterns, deepen insight, and move toward meaningful, sustainable growth. Together, we’ll focus on enhancing your overall well-being while supporting progress toward the goals that matter most to you—whether that involves healing, clarity, personal development, or creating lasting change in your life.

Research consistently shows that the quality of the therapist–client relationship is one of the strongest predictors of positive therapeutic outcomes. I invite you to visit my ABOUT page to get a better sense of my therapeutic style to see if we may be a good fit. My fee for a 50-minute session is $150.

Couples

In couples therapy, we will focus on improving communication by uncovering the deeper roots of your relationship challenges. My approach aims to strengthen your emotional connection by equipping you with tools to navigate conflict with greater understanding, empathy, and care. Together, we will explore patterns that keep you feeling stuck and create new ways of relating that promote trust, respect, and emotional safety.

Couples therapy can be challenging, and it often requires vulnerability and openness from both partners. For our work to be successful, it’s important that each partner is committed to the process, willing to reflect on their role in the relationship, and ready to actively engage in creating meaningful change.

I have successfully completed Levels 1, 2, and 3 (Practicum) Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which guides me in my couples work. I also integrate elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you deepen emotional bonds and to help build secure attachment. My fee for a 50-minute session is $200.

Life

Life Coaching: My coaching sessions focus on helping you achieve future-oriented goals by working on accountability, motivation, organization, and clarity. Because my therapeutic style is strength-based and growth-oriented, it naturally supports my coaching work, but there is a difference between the two styles.

Therapy vs. Coaching: Therapy services are clinical in nature and involve evidence-based approaches to support mental and emotional well-being. Coaching, while also valuable, is not a clinical service and does not address mental health concerns in the way therapy does. For instance, in a coaching session, we may briefly explore a limiting belief or pattern that’s blocking your goals, but we will not process the deeper emotional roots of those patterns—that level of work belongs in therapy. If you’re unsure which option is the best fit, I’m happy to help you choose the most supportive path for your needs.

My fee for a 50-minute coaching session is $150. Coaching is not region-specific, which means I can work with clients located outside of California.
