My Approach
My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining relational, strength-based, and growth-oriented methods, while also drawing from narrative and cognitive behavioral therapy. I work with clients navigating a variety of concerns, including trauma, low self-esteem, life and career transitions, relationship loss, grief, complex family and/or couples dynamics, and boundary setting in relationships.
Across these diverse challenges, a common theme often emerges—the search for self-understanding and clarity—and similar questions arise, including:

-
Who am I in relation to my loved ones, my community, and the world?
-
Why do I feel stuck, lost, or burnt out?
-
Why don’t my relationships work?
-
What is the point of all this?

These questions often lead to one deeper inquiry:
-
What is the best way forward?

Answering this question is the goal of our work together.
Therapy provides a space for reflection, healing, and growth. You hold the answers you are seeking—my role is to help you uncover them. I’ll offer insight, encouragement, and support as you navigate uncertainty. I’ll shine a light when the path feels dark, and I will celebrate your progress with you—including the small victories you might not notice.

I work best with motivated clients who are ready for change, even if you are unsure where to begin. Our work will adress current challenges, while also gently explore your past to understand the roots of your pain—not to dwell there—but to transform it into energy for growth. I encourage curiosity and self-compassion, helping you move forward without judgment.

Through this process, you'll gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the ability to navigate life with balance, confidence, and clarity, and will view challenges as opportunities for growth, rather than as a source of frustration and fear.
