Life Coaching: My coaching sessions focus on helping you achieve future-oriented goals by working on accountability, motivation, organization, and clarity. Because my therapeutic style is strength-based and growth-oriented, it naturally supports my coaching work, but there is a difference between the two styles.
Coaching vs. Therapy: Coaching offers a future-oriented space to cultivate clarity, momentum, and intentional change. Our work together focuses on what matters most to you now, strengthening accountability, and gently examining patterns or beliefs that may be shaping your path forward. Therapy, by contrast, is a clinical service that supports mental and emotional well-being through deeper reflection and evidence-based approaches.
While both can be meaningful and supportive, they serve different purposes. If you’re unsure which approach is the best fit, I’m always happy to help you decide what will be most supportive in this moment.
I work with coaching clients nationwide, as coaching is not region-specific. My fee for a 50-minute session is $130.
